Job Title: Administrative & Content Assistant

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a thoughtful, organized, and creative person to join our team in a hybrid role that blends behind-the-scenes admin support with forward-facing content strategy and social media coordination.
You’ll play a key role in helping our systems run smoothly, our community feel supported, and our content stay intentional, helpful, and impactful. You’ll support the team with internal workflows, newsletter coordination, membership platform maintenance, and scheduling content across platforms while keeping our digital presence aligned with the deeper mission behind everything we do. From supporting customers to helping schedule and track content, your work will be essential to keeping our ecosystem running smoothly. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
✧ General Admin and Customer Support
Respond to community emails, member questions, and shop inquiries
Help manage forms, orders, spreadsheets, and digital events
Support logistics and follow up for teacher trainings, retreats, and live sessions
✧ Membership Platform Management
Update video metadata and content bundles in our membership platform
Respond to member comments and support messages with warmth and clarity
Coordinate community gathering logistics, reminders, and community engagement
Upload and manage digital content, ensuring it’s organised and easy to access
✧ Newsletter and Email Automation
Help format, review, and schedule newsletters
Support with email automations and subscriber journeys, ensuring a seamless experience and the timely delivery of resources
Assist with analysis of survey responses and subscriber feedback
✧ Social Media Coordination
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
Track performance, trends, and content usage across platforms
Coordinate with the creative team to align social storytelling with brand values
Organise and maintain content folders, calendars, and reference documents
Assist with repurposing written or visual content for wider use
✧ Workflow Optimization
Help maintain and improve systems for organizing files, tracking content, and planning campaigns
Keep content calendars, folder structures, and process documents clear and current
Ensure communication across teams is smooth and deadlines are met
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a consistent daily yoga practice
Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently
A strong communicator with excellent written English
Comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems
Worked with or managed content calendars and multi-platform scheduling
Proactive, flexible, and love bringing structure to creative chaos
Care about wellness, mindfulness, and sharing work that helps people grow
Work each day to provide tools that support personal transformation and higher potential for our community

Ability to consistently contribute, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage work time efficiently

Location: Various (Travel Required)

We’re looking for a loving, experienced, and grounded Traveling Nanny to join our family and care for our young children during event seasons and extended travel. You’ll be living and traveling with us for several weeks or months at a time and potentially even during the off-season. Because of this, it’s incredibly important that you’re a natural fit for both the kids and us as a family.
You must speak only Spanish with the children at all times, regardless of where we are in the world. Ideally, you’re also familiar with gentle parenting and inspired by Montessori or Waldorf approaches. We’re a yoga- and wellness-oriented family who values intentional living, conscious communication, and presence. We’re looking for someone who shares these values and brings warmth, patience, and joy to daily life with kids.
Responsibilities
• Care for our children with love and presence, supporting daily routines, emotional regulation, creative play, and meaningful connection.
• Speak exclusively Spanish with the children at all times to support trilingual language development.
• Lead or facilitate enriching, screen-free activities rooted in nature, art, music, movement, and mindfulness.
• Travel and live with our family during events and extended trips (travel, meals, and accommodations covered).
• Support the kids in maintaining a grounded rhythm, even during travel or changing environments.
• Help with light child-related tasks like packing, laundry, dishes, gardening work, tidying play areas, or preparing meals.
What We’re Looking For
• At least 2 years of hands-on childcare experience (nannying, teaching, or similar).
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker, comfortable speaking only in Spanish with the kids.
• Deep understanding or practical experience with gentle parenting, Montessori, or Waldorf principles.
• Calm, emotionally intelligent, and confident in setting loving boundaries.
• Open to travel and flexible living situations, with a collaborative and respectful approach.
• Someone who can truly integrate into our family life and bring warmth, stability, and care.
• Bonus to be CPR/First Aid certified
