After a decade in Silicon Valley’s tech industry, we chose to step away and dedicate our energy to something more meaningful: helping people reconnect with themselves through yoga, breathwork, and mindful living.

We believe the body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness. Our mission is to guide you back to who you truly are and what matters most through strength, mobility, breath, and presence. We help you build lasting resilience, inner peace, and live a purposeful life.

As Registered Yoga Teachers (E-RYT 500) and Continuing Education Providers (YACEP) with Yoga Alliance, we hold the highest certifications and have trained across a wide range of disciplines including vinyasa, hatha, yin, prenatal and postnatal yoga, myofascial release, functional movement, Animal Flow, Kinstretch, Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Assessment, and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration. These elements come together in a class experience that blends creativity, strength, and depth.

Our teaching is grounded, powerful, and accessible. Every practice supports long-term physical health, emotional clarity, and spiritual growth. Whether in person or online, you’ll receive more than movement: you’ll receive guidance to build awareness, discipline, and connection.
