Join Bre & Flo for an unforgettable 4-day yoga retreat just outside Joshua Tree National Park to pause, breathe, and reflect in the desert stillness surrounded by a like-minded community. Mornings begin with strong, guided yoga classes that wake up the body and focus the mind with movement, breathwork, and meditation. Evenings invite a slower rhythm with restorative movement, sound healing, and time around the fire under clear desert skies.
Each retreat is limited to only 14 participants to keep the environment intimate and supportive. Whether you come to deepen your practice, rest, or reconnect with nature, this experience is designed to help you leave grounded and clear. From all around the globe, we will gather as a family in a safe and supportive environment that encourages deep introspection, purification, and self-discovery in this spiritually driven setting.
This retreat is built around structure, stillness, and community. You’ll experience daily yoga, breathwork, cold plunge (are you surprised?!), multiple workshops and lectures, a sound bath, and mindful rest balanced with group activities like hiking in Joshua Tree National Park and guided stargazing. The retreat property sits in the open desert just outside the park, offering modern comfort and quiet surroundings. Between classes, there’s time to unwind by the pool or soak in the hot tub, journal, walk the labyrinth, or enjoy unstructured stillness.
We welcome all levels of experience. Expect the movement classes to be accessible, challenging, and playful, no matter your fitness level. You can bring a friend to share a room with or come alone, and we’ll pair you with your future besties. Most of our event attendees are solo travellers and we become a family instantly; you’ll feel as though you’ve arrived hOMe.
