Completing your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Breathe and Flow was not simply a certification. It was an initiation into a disciplined practice, a shared language, and a way of leading from the heart.
You learned the foundations of sequencing, cueing, philosophy, and presence. You stepped into the role of teacher for the first time.

We created the Advanced Paths for those who feel that the next layer calling.
These offerings are intentionally limited to Breathe and Flow graduates. They are not introductory trainings, and they are not designed for casual curiosity. They are immersive, selective containers for those ready to be sharpened or to go deeper within.
There are two distinct directions.
One refines your leadership.
The other deepens your authenticity.

THE PATH OF THE TEACHER
21-Day Advanced Apprenticeship
100 Hour Continuing Education
The Path of the Teacher is a professional apprenticeship for graduates who feel a serious call to lead.
This is not an observational role. It is not a shadowing experience. It is not an assistant position. It is a structured immersion in leadership within a live 200-Hour Training.
For 21 days, you will live on-site with the training group. You will attend all lectures and classes. You will participate fully. At the same time, you will step into responsibility and refinement.
You will teach multiple times in front of the group. You will lead breakout sessions. You will refine sequencing in real time. You will practice hands-on adjustments under supervision. You will guide pranayama and meditation. You will manage group energy shifts. You will deliver a full one-hour workshop to the entire training cohort and receive direct feedback.
This mentorship does not focus solely on technical skills. It develops leadership under pressure, nervous system regulation while teaching, clarity of voice, and the ability to hold space without performance. You will learn how to respond to disruption calmly, maintain presence when conditions change, and simplify rather than overcomplicate.
IN HERE - Alongside working closely with Bre and Flo, apprentices also receive personalised 1:1 coaching sessions with a certified coach from the Breathe and Flow team throughout and beyond the training to support integration, reflection, and grounded leadership.
In parallel, you will build the professional framework that many teachers never take the time to establish. During the program, you will refine your resume and teacher bio, polish your website, clarify your niche, draft a studio application letter, and articulate your teaching identity clearly and concisely. You will practice real audition scenarios and receive grounded, direct feedback.
Everything is completed within 21 days. There are no lingering assignments after graduation. The experience is contained, intentional, and rigorous.
Only two mentees are accepted per training. This ensures depth, precision, and meaningful mentorship. Feedback remains personal. Standards remain high.
This path is outward-facing. It is for graduates who are ready to refine their craft and assume the responsibility of leadership with steadiness and integrity.
INVESTMENT
The Path of the Teacher is a 21-day, fully immersive apprenticeship held within a live 200-hour training environment. This experience includes full participation in all lectures and practices, direct mentorship, repeated teaching opportunities, real-time feedback, and hands-on refinement across sequencing, adjustments, pranayama, meditation, and group facilitation. Lodging, meals, and the adventure outing with the entire group are included for the duration of the program.
Investment: $4800 USD for a shared room.
All accommodation (shared room) and meals are included for the full 21-day immersion.
Travel to the venue is not included.
This is not priced as an assistant role or observational program. It is a leadership apprenticeship designed for graduates who are ready to refine their teaching at a higher level. You will not simply observe. You will step forward, teach, receive honest feedback, and be sharpened through practice.
The container is intentionally limited to two mentees per training. This allows for real mentorship rather than generalized instruction. It ensures that feedback is specific, personal, and direct, and that responsibility is meaningful.
Participation requires readiness. The days are full. The expectations are high. The growth is substantial. This apprenticeship is best suited for graduates who are willing to be closely observed, intentionally challenged, and refined in a live teaching environment.
Upon completion, you will be receiving 100 hours Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits which can be applied to your Yoga Alliance profile (30h of CE are required every 3 years). Although there is no "300h yoga teacher" level, these 100 hours will work towards getting your 500h level certification. Those remaining 200h can either be taken from the Breathe and Flow Yoga Academy (future 300h and other 100h programs will be offered starting in 2028) or any other school that offers a 200h Yoga Alliance training. Therefore, after you complete this training, you are still technically a RYT200. Once you complete your remaining 200h, then the certification jumps up to the RYT500 level.

7-Day Dharma and Authenticity Immersion

Where The Path of the Teacher refines professional mastery, The Path of Remembering turns inward.
This seven-day immersion is designed for graduates who feel called to deepen their relationship with truth, purpose, and authentic expression. It is not primarily about teaching skills. It is about alignment.
The daily rhythm resembles advanced training, with morning practice, lectures, inquiry, embodied exploration, and integration circles. The focus, however, is internal. Participants explore their dharma, patterns, conditioning, and deeper motivations. They work with breath, self-inquiry, journaling, somatics, emotional release, and voice activation practices that invite honest self-confrontation and growth.
This container includes ceremonial work held within a structured framework of preparation and integration, including Ayahuasca ceremonies, a San Pedro ceremony, and traditional temazcal experiences. All ceremonies are conducted by the Ayllu Medicina team lead by Aime Bertot, a Shaman and Medicine Man, alongside his wife Hwaneetah, a womb wisdom specialist and Quantum Holonomic Healer.
The Path of Remembering is inward-facing. It is not about becoming a better teacher. It is about remembering who you are beneath fear, performance, and expectation. It is about aligning your life before refining your leadership. From that place, the rest unfolds naturally.
INVESTMENT
The Path of Remembering is a seven-day, fully immersive experience held in a contained and intentional environment. This immersion includes daily practice, guided inquiry, integration sessions, ceremonial facilitation, lodging, and all meals throughout the program.
Investment: Either $4800 for a shared room or $5800 for a private room
The event will take place in Ecuador in April 2027.
All accommodation and meals are included.
Travel to the venue is not included.
The container is intentionally limited to 22 BNF YTT graduates to preserve safety, depth, and cohesion.
Participation requires readiness. This is not a casual experience, nor is it designed for passive consumption. The depth of this immersion asks for commitment, maturity, and self-responsibility.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will have a pre-screen orientation call with the Ayllu Medicina team to ensure that your intentions are aligned and you're medically safe and approved to consume plant medicine.
Since this is a continued education program, you are required to teach to some extent, even after partaking in medicina the evening before. However, all ceremonies will be conducted fully by the Ayllu Medicina team.
Upon completion, you will be receiving 100 hours Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits which can be applied to your Yoga Alliance profile (30h of CE are required every 3 years). Although there is no "300h yoga teacher" level, these 100 hours will work towards getting your 500h level certification. Those remaining 200h can either be taken from the Breathe and Flow Yoga Academy (future 300h and other 100h programs will be offered starting in 2028) or any other school that offers a 200h Yoga Alliance training. Therefore, after you complete this training, you are still technically a RYT200. Once you complete your remaining 200h, then the certification jumps up to the RYT500 level.
