For 21 days, you will live on-site with the training group. You will attend all lectures and classes. You will participate fully. At the same time, you will step into responsibility and refinement.

You will teach multiple times in front of the group. You will lead breakout sessions. You will refine sequencing in real time. You will practice hands-on adjustments under supervision. You will guide pranayama and meditation. You will manage group energy shifts. You will deliver a full one-hour workshop to the entire training cohort and receive direct feedback.

This mentorship does not focus solely on technical skills. It develops leadership under pressure, nervous system regulation while teaching, clarity of voice, and the ability to hold space without performance. You will learn how to respond to disruption calmly, maintain presence when conditions change, and simplify rather than overcomplicate.

In parallel, you will build the professional framework that many teachers never take the time to establish. During the program, you will refine your resume and teacher bio, polish your website, clarify your niche, draft a studio application letter, and articulate your teaching identity clearly and concisely. You will practice real audition scenarios and receive grounded, direct feedback.

Everything is completed within 21 days. There are no lingering assignments after graduation. The experience is contained, intentional, and rigorous.

Only two mentees are accepted per training. This ensures depth, precision, and meaningful mentorship. Feedback remains personal. Standards remain high.
