TWO DAYS TO PRACTICE, STUDY, AND UNDERSTAND THE BODY DIFFERENTLY
Both days begin with an extended Breathe and Flow practice. You will move, breathe, build strength, explore mobility and movement variability, challenge yourself, become still, and pay attention.
From there, we will study what happened beneath the movement.
Across the weekend we will explore how the body adapts to the demands of everyday life, how fascia and movement chains connect different regions of the body, how breath and pressure influence movement, and how strength, mobility, recovery, and awareness can become part of one integrated practice.
You will assess aspects of your own movement, experience guided myofascial release, study the framework behind the Breathe and Flow Method, and learn how to make more informed decisions about what and how you practice.
The intention is not to give you another collection of exercises or sequences to memorize. It is to help you understand your body and practice well enough to make better decisions for yourself.
YOUR PRACTICE IS ALREADY SHAPING YOU
Everything you repeatedly do becomes an input. The way you sit, stand, walk, breathe, work, train, rest, and respond to stress continually asks your body to adapt.
This is one reason someone can practice yoga several times a week and still return to familiar areas of stiffness, weakness, tension, or discomfort. A practice may occupy an hour of the day, but it exists within a much larger environment that has been shaping the body for years.
When we begin to see the body through adaptation, many of the things we have learned to call problems become more interesting. A restriction may tell us something about what the body has repeatedly been asked to do. A compensation may once have been a useful solution. A strength in one context may create a limitation in another.
Your body has become remarkably good at being the body your life has asked it to become.
Practice gives us an opportunity to enter that process consciously. Rather than simply doing more movement, we can begin to understand what kind of movement, strength, mobility, breath, recovery, and attention our particular body needs.
EXPERIENCE FIRST, THEN UNDERSTAND
We believe some things are easier to understand after they have first been felt.
That is why both mornings begin with practice rather than lecture. We will not interrupt the experience every few minutes to explain the theory behind it. You will first encounter the Breathe and Flow Method as a whole through your own body.
Later, we will return to what you experienced and examine the anatomy, adaptation, philosophy, and sequencing principles underneath it.
A concept about force transmission means something different once you have felt it. So does an idea about breath, rotation, tension, recovery, or movement variability.
The weekend moves repeatedly between these two ways of knowing: experience and understanding.

SATURDAY
Understanding the Human Body
Saturday explores why we become the way we are. We begin with practice and then move deeper into adaptation, integrated anatomy, individual movement tendencies, and myofascial release.
Signature Breathe and Flow Practice
We begin with an extended integrated practice exploring awareness, breath, movement variability, strength, play, stillness, and readiness.
The Modern Human
Our environments are continually shaping us. We will explore adaptation, sitting, movement poverty, stress, stiffness, and why the body responds the way it does to the demands we repeatedly place upon it. We will also introduce the Ready State and explore how smaller movement opportunities throughout the day can help us stay capable and adaptable rather than relying entirely on isolated workouts.
Holistic Anatomy
Rather than seeing the body as a collection of individual muscles and joints, we will explore how it functions as an interconnected system. Through tensegrity, fascia, Anatomy Trains, movement chains, breathing, pressure systems, and force transmission, we will look at how different regions communicate and how the whole body organizes and adapts through movement. The goal is not to memorize more anatomy. It is to develop a way of seeing the body that changes how you practice.
Pelvic Assessment
Through a simple practical assessment, we will explore your own pelvic tendencies and how they may influence movement throughout the body. This is not about finding a universally perfect posture or labeling something as good or bad. It is about gathering information that can help us make more intelligent decisions around strength, mobility, and practice.
Myofascial Release
We finish Saturday with a guided myofascial release practice, exploring the body through pressure, sensation, breath, and awareness. This allows us to experience many of the anatomical relationships we studied earlier from an entirely different perspective while creating space for recovery and integration after a full day of movement and learning.
SUNDAY
Building an Intelligent Practice
Sunday takes what we learned about the body and asks how that understanding should influence the way we practice. After another extended morning practice, we explore the philosophy behind the Method, how we structure integrated practice, how sequencing changes according to the person, and how to apply these principles to your own life.
Signature Breathe and Flow Practice
We return to the body with a second integrated practice. With Saturday’s anatomy and adaptation work fresh in your mind, you may begin noticing relationships, patterns, and sequencing choices that previously went unnoticed.
The Philosophy of Practice
What we repeatedly practice, we become.
We will explore practice through adaptation, consistency, challenge and recovery, quality over quantity, and awareness before action. Rather than searching for the perfect routine, we approach practice as something that continues evolving alongside the person practicing.
The Breathe and Flow Method
We will explore the complete framework behind our approach to integrated practice:
Arrive · Prepare · Flow · Organize · Integrate · Build · Apply · Release · Return
Together, these nine modules create a framework for combining awareness, breath, movement, mobility, strength, application, recovery, and stillness within a complete practice. The Method can guide how we structure a single session, but its principles also extend into how we approach challenge, recovery, adaptation, and our continued development over time.
Sequencing Through the Lens of Adaptation
Instead of beginning with the question, “What sequence should I teach or practice?” we begin with a more important question: Who is the practice for?
An office worker, runner, climber, parent, older adult, hypermobile practitioner, and stiff athlete all arrive with different adaptations. We will explore how to sequence around the person and how movement choices can respond to someone’s lifestyle, patterns, strengths, limitations, and needs. For teachers, this offers a framework for thinking beyond arranging poses. For practitioners, it provides a way to make more informed decisions about your own practice.
Design Your Personal Practice
Finally, we bring everything back to you.
Using the immersion workbook, you will reflect on your body, habits, movement tendencies, and current practice before developing a personal roadmap for the next 90 days. Rather than leaving with another rigid program, the goal is to give you principles you can continue applying as your body, practice, and life evolve.

WHO THIS IS FOR
This immersion is for people who care deeply about practice and want to better understand the body beyond simply learning more poses or exercises.
You may be a dedicated yoga practitioner, a Breathe and Flow student who wants to experience the work in person, a yoga teacher, trainer, bodyworker, movement professional, athlete, or martial artist.
You do not need to be a yoga teacher, exceptionally flexible, or capable of advanced poses. What matters more is curiosity, an existing relationship with movement, and a genuine interest in developing your practice.
FOR YOGA TEACHERS
Although the immersion is open to everyone, there is significant depth for yoga teachers and movement professionals.
Rather than giving you more sequences to memorize, we want to share frameworks that influence how you understand anatomy, observe students, think about adaptation, and construct practices for the actual person in front of you.
Yoga teachers who complete the full immersion are eligible to receive 20 Continuing Education Hours and a certificate of completion.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH
You will leave with a deeper understanding of how your environment and habits shape the body, a practical introduction to integrated anatomy and fascia, greater awareness of your own movement tendencies, experience with myofascial release, and an understanding of the Breathe and Flow Method and our approach to sequencing.
Most importantly, we hope you leave with renewed curiosity about practice and a clearer understanding of how to participate consciously in who you are becoming.
JOIN US IN LONDON
Most people who practice with us experience Breathe and Flow through a screen. Being together in a room gives us the opportunity to practice without rushing, explore ideas in greater depth, ask questions, have conversations, and experience the work together as a community.
We intentionally offer a limited number of opportunities to study with us in person. During this weekend, we will be there throughout the experience to teach, answer questions, connect, and share the work that has shaped our own lives and practice.

BECOMING THROUGH PRACTICE
Our bodies are adapting every day, whether we are paying attention or not. Practice gives us an opportunity to bring awareness into that process and participate more consciously in what we are becoming.
If that approach to movement and practice resonates with you, we would love to spend these two days practicing and learning together.
