Completing your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Breathe and Flow was not simply a certification. It was an initiation into a disciplined practice, a shared language, and a way of leading from the heart.
You learned the foundations of sequencing, cueing, philosophy, and presence. You stepped into the role of teacher for the first time.

We created the Advanced Teacher Mentorship for those who feel that the next layer calling.
These offerings are intentionally limited to Breathe and Flow graduates. They are not introductory trainings, and they are not designed for casual curiosity. They are immersive, selective containers for those ready to be sharpened or to go deeper within.

21-Day Advanced Apprenticeship
100 Hour Continuing Education
The Path of the Teacher is a professional mentorship for graduates who feel a serious call to lead.
This is not an observational role. It is not a shadowing experience. It is not an assistant position. It is a structured immersion in leadership within a live 200-Hour Training.
For 21 days, you will live on-site with the training group. You will attend all lectures and classes. You will participate fully. At the same time, you will step into responsibility and refinement.
You will teach multiple times in front of the group. You will lead breakout sessions. You will refine sequencing in real time. You will practice hands-on adjustments under supervision. You will guide pranayama and meditation. You will manage group energy shifts. You will deliver a full one-hour workshop to the entire training cohort and receive direct feedback.
This mentorship does not focus solely on technical skills. It develops leadership under pressure, nervous system regulation while teaching, clarity of voice, and the ability to hold space without performance. You will learn how to respond to disruption calmly, maintain presence when conditions change, and simplify rather than overcomplicate.
Alongside working closely with Bre and Flo, mentees also receive personalised 1:1 coaching sessions with a certified coach from the Breathe and Flow team throughout and beyond the training to support integration, reflection, and grounded leadership.
